The mixer is constructed of carbon steel with stainless steel contact parts. The stainless steel mixer bowl measures 33” wide x 44” long x 30” deep. Mixer is equipped with a tilting bowl. Mixer is driven by a 25/12.5 hp 1800/900 rpm motor (tag is missing based on original). Requires 440 vac 3 phase electrical supply.
