Hema Model MR50 rotary piston filler. 50 head filler. 304 stainless steel contact parts. Set for 307 x 111 cans at 1200 units per minute. Pistons are 1.968″ in diameter with a volume of 21.36 cu.in. Equipped with 290 gallon hopper. Filler has a no can/ no fill system. Driven by 12 hp drive motor. Requires 480 vac 3 phase electrical supply. Good Condition.

2290 gallon GH Hicks & Sons 316 stainless steel vertical tank. 84″ in diameter. 91″ straight side height. 12″ cone bottom. 10″ cone top. With legs and top fittings it is 135″ overall in height. Top has 18″ manway, (3) 4″ sanitary fittings and a 2″ sanitary fitting. Bottom has a 4″ sanitary center discharge and a 2″ off center sanitary fitting. Side has (1) 2″ and (1) 4″ sanitary fitting near the bottom. The side wall and top are constructed of 10 gauge 316 ss and the bottom is constructed of 8 gauge 316 ss. Good condition.

Last doing iron graphite with a density of 60 lbs/cu ft. This unit is set up for liquid injection. Unit is support on carbon steel stand. Equipped with pneumatic butterfly discharge valve. Requires 230/460 vac 3 phase electric power. Good condition.

10 hp Myers disperser. Serial # 1022. Mixer is equipped with air over oil lift system with 48″ lift. This unit has a 2″ diameter by 43″ long stainless steel shaft and 12″ diameter stainless steel dispersing blade. Mixer uses a variable speed belt drive system. Motor appears to be rated for hazardous locations but tags are unreadable. Requires 230/460 vac electrical supply. Good condition.

Elgin MRM twin head stainless steel piston inline filler (No Tag but appears to be MRM Twin Filler). Filler has two 11 oz pistons with a total of 22 oz for maximum fill per stroke. The .5” diameter nozzles are on 4” centers. The filler has a 15 gallon stainless steel conical bottom hopper. The filler has dual lug type conveyor with a 2.75” wide space in between lugs. Tablet press has a 10 ton compression force, a 1-1/16” maximum tablet diameter, and a 1-3/8” maximum depth of fill. The press is rated 1200 up to 3300 tablets/minute. The mixer is constructed of carbon steel with stainless steel contact parts. The stainless steel mixer bowl measures 33” wide x 44” long x 30” deep. Mixer is equipped with a tilting bowl. Mixer is driven by a 25/12.5 hp 1800/900 rpm motor (tag is missing based on original). Requires 440 vac 3 phase electrical supply.

Wyssmont Turbo-Dryer also known as a rotary tray dryer. The rotary tray dryer is natural gas fired with a gas train and burner. The Turbo-Dryer has (17) rows of 78” diameter trays with stationary wipers. The trays are 19.25” wide and are constructed of stainless steel and carbon steel with some carbon steel replacements. The dryer has a 5” x 15” outlet on bottom with a reducer, a 15” x 4.75” infeed on top, and a 21” x 33” exhaust outlet . Driven by a ¾ hp 1750 rpm 90 vdc motor with reducer. Included with the rotary tray dryer are a bucket elevator for loading, a gas train, and burner.

The cup filler consists of a cup dispenser, filler, foil lid dispenser, heat sealer, and an outfeed conveyor. The cup filler has a 2 oz. to 8 oz. fill capacity. The container appears to have a 2.75″ diameter. Cup filler has a rate up to an estimated 30 cups per minute. Filler has a 5 gallon stainless steel jacked hopper with a level indicator. Serial # MP-567. Requires 230/460 vac 3 phase electrical supply and 12 cfm at 80 psi air supply.

GuiloRiver mill

SPI-6614The Fitzpatrick Company Fitzmill stainless steel GuiloRiver mill. Model 59. The GuiloRiver mill is used for pre-breaking or sizing frozen food products. The mill has 15” diameter x 20” wide rotor, a 11.75” x 20.25” infeed hopper that is 74” from the ground, and a 17.5” x 21” discharge that is 36.5” from the ground. Rotor is driven by 50 hp 1770 rpm motor. Overall dimensions are 45” wide x 95” long x 92” tall. Serial number GR-20-538. Requires 208-220/440 vac 3 phase electrical supply.
