Used Shrink Tunnel
American Fuji stainless steel shrink tunnel for neck bands. The tunnel has a 7.5″ wide x 8″ high opening and is 64″ long. It uses six infrared elements to heat the tunnel. There are two fans. There is a digital temperature control. The tunnel requires 480 vac 3 phase and 120 vac 1 phase electrical supplies. Overall dimensions are 18″ wide x 64″ long x 27″ high with top mounted control panel. Tested in operating condition.
Stokes 51 station model 551-1 rotary tablet press
Stokes 51 station model 551-1 rotary tablet press. This is a double rotary high speed tablet compressing machine. Tablet press has a 4 ton compression force, a 7/16″ maximum tablet diameter, and a 11/16″ maximum depth of fill. The press is rated 1250 up to 3750 tablets/minute. Driven by a 3 hp 1800 rpm motor. Requires 220/440 vac 3 phase electrical supply.

Stokes 33 station model 328-1 rotary tablet press. This is a rotary high speed tablet compressing machine. Tablet press has a 10 ton compression force, a 1-1/16″ maximum tablet diameter, and a 1-3/8″ maximum depth of fill. The press is rated 1200 up to 3300 tablets/minute. Driven by a 7.5 hp 1800 rpm motor. Serial number T-664172. Press comes with many different die change parts. Requires 460 vac 3 phase electrical supply.
Used Double Planetary Mixer
Jaygo MPV-10 stainless steel double planetary mixer. The mixer is equipped with two rotating mixing blades and a bowl scraper. It is capable of mixing speeds from 20 to 150 rpm. The speed is controlled by a mechanical hand wheel. The 1 hp motor is rated for hazardous locations. The 10 liter stainless steel bowl has a low pressure jacket with 3/4″ npt female inlet and outlet. The working capacity of bowl is 1 to 6.5 liters. The unit is equipped with a nitrogen injection port. There are two sight glass for the bowl (5″ x 2″ and 2.5″ diameter). The bowl also has a thermowell in the bottom along with a flush fitting drain port. There is a vacuum gauge and vacuum connection valve above the bowl. The bowl is raised into position by means a hand wheel. Serial # 2333-89. Requires 460 vac 3 phase electrical supply. Good Condition. Operating manual on file. Video available upon request.
Inclined Screw Conveyor
6″ diameter x 70″ long stainless steel inclined screw conveyor. The tube and screw are constructed of stainless steel. Screw conveyor has a 5.75″ diameter outlet at a height of 70″ and a 5.75″ diameter inlet at a height of 40″. The conveyor is mounted on a carbon steel frame with casters. Screw is driven by a 5 hp 1750 rpm motor that is reduced to 124 rpm. Overall dimensions are 92″ long x 26″ wide x 106″ tall. Requires 208-230/460 vac 3 phase electrical supply.
Used Centrifugal Fan
Robinson Industries Inc 304 stainless steel centrifugal fan. Type RB1210. Size 39.5. Blower has up to an estimated 4,500 cfm and 32″ of static pressure. Blower has a 12″ diameter inlet, a 10.5″ x 8.5″ outlet, a 12″ x 12″ inspection door, and a 1.5″ SPT drain. The blower fan blade is 40″ diameter x 3.5″ wide. Blower is driven by a 50 hp 1775 rpm motor. Blower is mounted to a carbon steel frame and comes with (4) vibration isolators that are not installed. Overall dimensions are 60″ wide x 68.5″ long x 75″ tall. Requires 460 vac 3 phase electrical supply.
Used Horizontal Plate Filter
Sparkler model 18S15 horizontal plate filter. Serial #15694. Constructed of 304 ss. This filter has (15) 1″ shallow plates with a total area of 24.3 sq.ft. and .9 cu.ft. of cake capacity. Vessel is rated at 60 psig (test to 110 psi). Filter has a 2″ inlet, a 2″ center discharge, and a .5″ threaded scavenge connection. Good condition.
Concrete Mixer
Multiquip Inc. Essick 6 cu ft steel drum concrete mixer. Model 91. Concrete mixer is driven by a 2 hp 1725 rpm electric motor. Steel drum has a rubber lining, a 20″ diameter inlet/outlet, and a hand wheel for pouring. Serial number 98524037. Requires 208-230/460 3 phase electrical supply. This unit was used as a mixer in a chemical plant and was modified to hang from under a mezzanine.
Used Cyclone Separator
Fisher-Klosterman Inc. 24″ diameter stainless steel cyclone dust collector. Model MS250-L. The dust collector is rated 212° F @ atmospheric pressure. Dust collector has a 35″ straight wall, a 2.5″ outlet, and a 6″ cone tapering to a 2.5″ diameter center discharge. The dust collector has a 6.25″ x 15″ inlet and an 8.5″ exhaust. Serial number 17387. Overall dimensions are 36″ wide x 38″ long x 77″ tall.
Used Centrifugal Pump
Dean Brothers Pumps Inc ductile iron steel self-priming centrifugal pump also known as a trash pump. Size 1-1/2 x 1-1/2 x 8. Capable of 75 gpm and 25 ft of head. Trash pump has a 1.5″ flange inlet, a 1.5″ flange outlet, and a 8″ impeller. Trash pump is driven by a 2 hp 1750 rpm electric motor. Requires 208-230/460 vac 3 phase electrical supply.
