275 gallon stainless steel vertical tank. Tank dimensions are 45″ diameter x 28″ straight side height with 20″ hemispherical bottom. Tank has an open top with removable hinged lid. The tank has a 3/4 hp clamp on agitator with a 52″ long x 3/4″ diameter shaft and 3 blade 12″ prop. The unit is on 4 carbon steel legs. The tank has a 16″ clearance from discharge to ground. There is a 2″ center discharge with ball valve. The overall height of unit with agitator and stand is 92″. Requires 230/460 vac 3 ph electrical supply. (agitator motor is tagged for hazardous conditions)

Used Continuous Mixer

Arde Barinco Dispershear continuous in-line mixing system. Model D-6000. Construction 304 stainless steel. The mixer has a 2″ liquid inlet, 5″ powder inlet and a 2.5″ outlet. Equipped with variable speed 5″ auger feeder with a 6 cu ft hopper. There is also a vibrator mount on the hopper. The auger is capable of 2 to 5 cu ft per min. Disperses hard to mix powders into uniform lump free product with independently controlled flow and feed rates. Unit is capable of flows from 6 to 75 gpm and solid infeed rates of 1 to 350 lb/min. Serial # 2034. Requires 230/460 vac 3 phase and 115 vac 1 phase electrical supplies. Good Condition.
