The rotor comes with a 4 wheel especially design storage cart. There are 5 spare herring bone replacement strike plates. A 8MA requires 4 plates. They are constructed of carbon steel. There are also 2 carbon steel bearing housings. Also included are various retaining and spacing rings.

Marion 45 cu ft carbon steel paddle blender batch mixer. Series 4000, model 4020. Batch paddle mixer has a 45 cu ft working capacity and a 62 cu ft total volume. Mixer is driven by a 20 hp 1755 rpm motor through gear reducer down to 38 rpm. The mixer is an open top with a 36″ x 35.75″ opening and a 36″ x 14.25″ opening. The mixer bottom has an 8″ diameter flanged center discharge with butterfly valve 32″ from ground. The mixer has 36″ diameter paddles with a 2.75″ diameter shaft. Mixing chamber is 72″ long x 36″ wide x 45″ deep. Overall dimensions are 56″ wide x 114″ long x 85″ tall. Serial number 77091. Requires 230/ 460 vac 3 phase electrical supply.

The diameter is 77″, the overall height with agitator is 104″, and the straight side height is 58″. The top has a Lighnin ND-4B 3 hp 1755 rpm agitator, 13″ diameter inlet, and a 23.5″ x 23.5″ manway. The inside has 2.25″ od diameter coils that make 5 passes with the 1″ inlet and 1″ outlet out the top. The side has (1) 1.5″ NPT, (2) 2″ flanges, (3) 4″ flanges, and (1) 2″ NPT outlet 9″ from the ground. Requires 230/460 vac 3 phase electrical supply.

(No National Board stamp) Jacket has (2) 1.5” NPT fittings. Top of processor has an agitator bridge with 1 hp sweep agitator, 2.5” NPT fitting, 2.5” sanitary Tri-Clamp fitting, and a 2” sanitary Tri-Clamp fitting. Bottom has a 3” sanitary Tri-Clamp side discharge and 1.5” sanitary Tri-Clamp fitting. Measures 47” in diameter x 47” straight side and including (4) legs and agitator has an overall height of 74”.
